Touch Of Class was established in 1991 by Sara Lewis who has over 26 years experience in the Beauty industry. After completing many beauty therapy courses in nearby colleges Sara began her career as a Beauty Therapist in a salon in Bristol then quickly progressed to a Managerial role at St Pierre Golf and Country Club where she successfully established a new Beauty Salon for the hotel.

After two years at the hotel, Sara opened her own business – Touch Of Class. She initially employed one Beauty Therapist on a part time basis, but as the business quickly grew the current premises was bought and business was able to expand to where it is today.

In 2006 Amy who had been an employee in the salon for many years became a partner in Touch Of Class when Sara moved to Dubai with her husband and daughter.

Amy also gained her experience locally and has a worked in a range of different beauty environments including Hotels such as Celtic Manor, Cwrt Blwddyn and St Pierre. After helping set up and run a small salon in Newport Amy came to Touch of Class 8 years ago and a partnership was formed to run Touch of Class.

In July 2014 Amy became the sole owner of Touch of Class and is looking forward to more exciting times ahead and by continuing to provide an excellent service to the local and surrounding community will hope to grow the salon further.
